Bladder Meridian
The Bladder meridian (BL) belongs to the Water element. It starts at the inner canthus, travels over head and nape, descends in two lines paraspinally along the back, across the sacrum and buttock, down the posterior thigh, through the popliteal fossa and calf to the lateral ankle, ending at the little toe. Traditionally used to support smooth Qi flow along the back line, ease myofascial chains and address local tissues of back, pelvis, leg and foot.
