Bl66 is located distally and laterally to the fetlock joint, in the depression between the lateral bulb and the base joint of the lateral toe of the hind limb.

Bl66 is used to clear heat from the bladder meridian, for lameness, edema, and to support diuresis. It may also be indicated for lower back disorders.

When treating Bl66, be aware of the proximity to sensitive hoof structures. Aseptic technique and calm handling are essential.
