Location
Bl65 is located on the outside of the hind limb, between the base of the fourth and fifth toe, just below the fetlock joint.

Medical information
Bl65 is located distal to the metatarsophalangeal joint, laterally between the fourth and fifth metatarsal bones, in the depression proximal to the head of the fifth metatarsal.
Bl65 is used for treating lumbago, sciatica, hindlimb lameness, and as the exit point of the bladder meridian.
During deep palpation, monitor for local sensitivity. Do not use in cases of acute injury or local infection.
