The Small Intestine meridian (SI) belongs to the Fire element. It starts at the little finger, runs along the ulnar hand/forearm to the elbow, ascends the posterior arm to the shoulder/scapula, travels up the neck and ends in front of the ear. Traditionally used to harmonize Qi along the ulnar arm pathway and support local tissues of shoulder, neck and face.
