The Triple Warmer / San Jiao (SJ) belongs to the Fire element. It starts at the ring finger, runs over the dorsal hand and forearm to the elbow, ascends the posterior arm to the shoulder, then travels along the neck to the ear and temple. Traditionally used to harmonize Qi on the outer arm pathway and address local tissues of ear, jaw and temple.
