The acupuncture point Triple Heater 13 (TH13), also known as Nao Hui, is referred to as the Meeting Point of the Tendons and is an important point in equine acupuncture.

Location
TH13 is located on the lateral side of the upper forelimb, roughly midway between the shoulder joint and the elbow, slightly towards the rear.
