Gallbladder Meridian
The Gallbladder meridian (GB) belongs to the Wood element. It courses along the lateral aspect of the head, shoulder and flank, over the hip and down the outer thigh and leg to the 4th toe. Traditionally, GB points support the smooth flow of Liver/Gallbladder Qi, ease lateral myofascial chains and promote mobility.
