Medical information

TH19 is located cranial and slightly dorsal to the base of the ear, in the depression between the zygomatic process and the insertion of the temporalis muscle.

Used to treat headaches, otalgia, local neuralgic complaints, and to harmonize the Triple Heater.

Caution during needling, as the point is close to the temporalis muscle and sensitive nerves. Avoid deep insertion to prevent injury.
