Yin Heel Vessel (Yin Qiao Mai)

The Yin Heel Vessel (Yin Qiao Mai) links the medial leg with the lower abdomen, chest and face. It starts at the medial ankle, ascends the inner leg past the knee to the lower abdomen and chest, then up the neck to the inner canthus. Traditionally used to support Yin aspects, eye opening and balance of medial myofascial chains.
