Location

LI2 is located on the medial forelimb, in the second interdigital space, just distal to the fetlock joint.

LI2 is located medially, distal to the fetlock joint, in the second space between the proximal and middle phalanges, right at the skin-hoof junction.

For LI2, be mindful of its superficial location and proximity to sensitive structures. Avoid deep needling to prevent local irritation.
