Yang Linking 7 – Benshen, GB13

The point Yang Wei 7 – Benshen (GB13) is located on the Gallbladder meridian and is often used to support the mind and in cases of stress.

Benshen is located on the side of the head, about one hand's width above the outer corner of the eye, slightly behind the forehead.
