Location

Du8 is located on the midline of the back, between the 11th and 12th thoracic vertebrae. It is found directly on the dorsal spinous process.

Du8 is used to relax paraspinal muscles, in cases of back stiffness, spasms, and as supportive therapy for epilepsy and seizures.

Du8 is contraindicated in cases of local lesions or infections. Use caution in horses with spinal issues or increased sensitivity in this area.
