Du7 is located on the dorsal midline, in the depression between the spinous processes of the 10th and 11th lumbar vertebrae.
Du7 is used to treat lumbago, hindquarter weakness, and spinal cord disorders. It regulates the Du Mai and strengthens the lumbar region.
Exercise caution in horses with spinal issues or acute pain. Avoid deep needling to prevent risk to the spinal cord.
