Location
Ren10 is located on the midline of the abdomen, about two thumb-widths (cun) below the navel.

Ren10 is located on the linea alba, approximately 2 cun caudal to the umbilicus, between the rectus abdominis muscles.
Ren10 regulates stomach Qi, promotes gastric peristalsis, and is used for gastric stasis, colic, and anorexia.
Caution with deep palpation to avoid injury to internal organs. Do not needle in cases of suspected acute abdomen or pregnancy.
