Location
LU6 is located on the front of the forelimb, about halfway between the elbow and the carpus, slightly to the side of the tendon.
Functions
LU6 can help relieve coughing, ease breathing, and reduce pain along the lung meridian.

Medical information
LU6 is located on the lung meridian, 7 cun proximal to the carpus, on the line between LU5 and LU9, lateral to the flexor digitorum communis tendon.
LU6 is a Xi-cleft point used to treat acute respiratory conditions, bleeding, and pain along the meridian.
When needling LU6, attention must be paid to depth and direction to avoid damaging vessels or nerves.
