This point should be treated gently, as the skull is sensitive. Only apply light pressure.

Du19 is located on the dorsal midline, approximately 1.5 cun cranial to Du20, at the level of the upper occiput.
Du19 is used for sedation, in cases of restlessness, anxiety, and to promote mental clarity.
Caution during needling, as the point is directly on the skull bone. Avoid deep needling to prevent periosteal irritation.
